Kids and youth will love this place, plenty of adventures within. Just take the kids sans leave them in and they are going to have one of the best day of their life. Plenty of food options available inside. There are lots of rooms available for birthday parties. One of the must try place if you are around the area
Really good place for hosting birthday parties for children. They do a great job with assuring customers are happy. Not a dull moment at all and customer service is a satisfaction. Fun amusement park.
Our kids love Urban Air! We usually go during the week but went on a Sunday and it was a madhouse with birthday parties and the weekend crowd. Staff did great making sure attractions were open. They were also interacting with the kids. Helping them on attractions, making small talk and even playing with one of our kiddos on the battle beam when no one else wanted to do it with him. There is plenty of seating with picnic tables, regular tables, high top tables and even benches around the attractions. The high top tables even have wall plugs if you need to charge your phone or work from a laptop while the kids play. My only suggestion would be adding a water bottle filler to their drinking fountains but it hasn’t been a problem to fill them and the fountain water is cold.
I wasn’t sure what to expect when we scheduled a work event/private party for a group of adults at Urban Air-West Towne. My only experience there had been taking my kids, but we had an absolute ball-playing laser tag, bumper cars, ropes course, etc, etc, etc. The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly and went above and beyond to make our event enjoyable. Can’t recommend them enough for this type of group.
Great place, long snack line, but staff were so nice.
The bus love it here. They can stay busy for hours. I appreciate that they have ample room for parents to spread out and be comfy for the duration. The food at the snack bar is pretty decent as good as one would hope for at this type of venue.
The workers here are pretty rude to kids. I get it, they can get out of hand, but that’s apart of the job. The zip line operator especially was trying to put off the “cool guy” vibe. He was wearing sunglasses inside, deepened his voice, and spoke really sternly and with an attitude to children. It might seem cool, but it makes me wonder what kind of hiring process there is to hire someone so rude to be around children.
When did this place enforce checking if you have UA socks on? Literally the guy ask my kiddos to take their boots off to show their socks while not asking others to do so. We’ve been a customer since their soft opening for first responders and this place has ultimately changed a lot.
